357pak Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistani Players

1. General Terms

357pak operates as an online casino and gaming platform serving players in Pakistan. The platform provides access to casino games, live dealer tables, slot games, and sports betting markets including Cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, Football, and Esports.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all users who access or use any part of the 357pak platform, including the website, mobile application, and any associated services. Use of the platform constitutes full acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree to any provision set out here, you must not use 357pak.

357pak reserves the right to restrict, suspend or terminate access to the platform at any time, including where local laws or regulations prohibit or restrict online gaming activity. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register and use 357pak, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be a real person registering on your own behalf — corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and complete personal information during registration, including your full name as it appears on your CNIC.
• You must not already hold an existing 357pak account. Only one account per person is allowed.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list or have previously been banned from 357pak.

357pak reserves the right to request identity verification at any point. This includes, but is not limited to, a copy of your CNIC and confirmation of your registered mobile number. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in your account being restricted or closed.

By registering, you confirm that all information you have provided is accurate. Providing false information, including a false date of birth to circumvent the age requirement, will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

3. Account Management

Each player may hold only one registered account on 357pak. Duplicate accounts, whether created intentionally or accidentally, may be closed at any time. If duplicate accounts are identified, 357pak reserves the right to merge or close the accounts and withhold any bonus balances associated with the duplicate.

You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place under your account. You must keep your username and password confidential and must not share your login details with any other person. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 357pak support immediately.

357pak will never contact you to ask for your password. Any communication claiming to be from 357pak and asking for your full password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team.

Account information, including your registered name, date of birth and CNIC, cannot be altered after verification. Your registered mobile number can be updated through the account settings, subject to a verification process to confirm the new number belongs to you.

4. Deposits

All deposits on 357pak are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit/credit cards and mobile wallets. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 500 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.

Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly or within a few minutes depending on the payment method used. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 30 minutes, please contact support with your transaction reference number.

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• 357pak does not charge a fee for deposits. Any charges imposed by your payment provider are outside our control.
• Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed once processing has begun. Contact support immediately if you have made a deposit in error.
• 357pak reserves the right to refuse or reverse a deposit if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud or a violation of these terms.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are available to verified players only. You must complete the account verification process before your first withdrawal can be processed. Verification requires a valid CNIC image and confirmation of your registered mobile number.

The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. There is no platform fee charged on withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever possible. If this is not possible, you will be asked to confirm an alternative PKR account in your own name.

• Withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes of approval.
• Bank Transfer and Raast withdrawals may take up to one business day depending on the receiving bank.
• Withdrawals can only be sent to accounts registered in the same name as your 357pak account.
• Real money balances are fully withdrawable with no restrictions beyond verification. Bonus balances must meet the applicable wagering requirement before they convert to withdrawable real money.
• 357pak reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing large withdrawals. This is a standard security measure and does not imply any wrongdoing.

If a withdrawal request is declined for any reason, the amount will be returned to your 357pak account balance and you will be notified of the reason. Persistent withdrawal issues should be raised with our support team directly.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

357pak offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers and event-specific promotions tied to Cricket tournaments, PSL season and other major sporting events.

Each bonus or promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including a wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum deposit threshold and expiry date. These are clearly stated on the promotion page at the time the offer is made. The general principles below apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonus funds are added to your bonus balance and are separate from your real money balance.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. They must be wagered the required number of times before they convert to real money.
• Only one welcome bonus can be claimed per player, per household and per device.
• Bonuses are void if they are claimed using multiple accounts or if fraudulent activity is detected in connection with the bonus.
• 357pak reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to cancel bonus balances that have been obtained in violation of these terms.
• Free spins winnings are credited as bonus funds and subject to the stated wagering requirement.

Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested. For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you need to wager PKR 20,000 in total across eligible games before the resulting balance can be withdrawn. Not all games contribute equally to wagering — the contribution percentage for each game category is stated in the individual promotion terms.

7. Gameplay & Fair Play

All games available on 357pak use certified random number generation (RNG) technology or, in the case of live casino, real dealers operating under standard casino protocols. The outcome of every game is independent and not influenced by previous results or by 357pak.

Players are expected to use the platform in good faith. The following conduct is considered a violation of fair play rules and may result in immediate account suspension:

• Using any software, bot, script or automated tool to interact with the platform or its games.
• Exploiting any software bug, glitch or error in a game for financial gain. If you encounter a bug, you must report it immediately and not continue to exploit it.
• Colluding with other players in poker or any other game where player interaction affects outcomes.
• Using multiple accounts to abuse bonuses or gain an unfair advantage.
• Placing contradictory bets across accounts to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome (arbitrage abuse).

In the event of a technical failure during a game, the round will be voided and your wager returned to your account balance. 357pak is not liable for losses caused by interrupted internet connectivity on your end during a live game session.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 357pak. Engaging in any of these will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering an account if you are under 18 years of age.
• Providing false personal information during registration or verification.
• Using stolen, fraudulent or unauthorised payment methods for deposits.
• Attempting to launder money through casino transactions.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing other players or 357pak staff.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer or otherwise compromise the platform's security systems.
• Registering on behalf of another person without their knowledge and consent.
• Accessing the platform through circumvention tools where access is restricted.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

357pak reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering or identity theft.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a requested timeframe.
• Player request for self-exclusion or account closure.
• Inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be flagged as dormant.

If your account is suspended pending investigation, you will not be able to deposit, withdraw or place wagers until the investigation is concluded. 357pak aims to resolve account investigations within 14 business days. If a suspension is found to be in error, full access will be restored and any affected transactions reviewed.

Players wishing to close their own account voluntarily can request this through the support team at any time. Real money balances held at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to your verified payment account after standard processing checks.

10. Privacy & Data

357pak collects and processes personal information in order to operate player accounts, process payments and comply with security obligations. The types of data collected include your name, CNIC details, mobile number, device information and transaction history.

11. Responsible Gaming

357pak is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform is intended for adult entertainment only. We strongly encourage all players to approach gaming as a leisure activity with a predetermined budget, and not as a source of income or a way to recover financial losses.

Players are encouraged to make use of the following tools available through their account settings:

13. Changes to Terms

357pak reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the 357pak platform after any changes have been published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
